How we grade
Every device passes the same 40-point check before it earns a grade and a price.
The check
- Full function test: screen, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, ports.
- Battery health measurement and a full charge cycle.
- Network, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity.
- Factory reset and verification that the device is not locked or blacklisted.
The grades
- Return deal — as new. Opened, tested, no visible wear.
- Excellent — light wear that is invisible at arm's length.
- Good — visible marks on the housing, screen free of scratches.
What is in the box
Unless the product page says otherwise, every device ships with a compatible charging cable and adapter. Original packaging is not guaranteed on return deals — we prioritise protective packaging over pretty boxes.
